Zebra Velvet Travel Pouch - Mustard
This fun and luxurious zebra pouch design was inspired by Elizabeth's trip to Kenya for her honeymoon. Elizabeth who has been illustrating since she was little, drew the design based on the dazzles of zebras she encountered on her trip. Ever inspired by rich yellowy orange sunsets, she chose to pair them with a soft velvety base and detail their markings with gold thread to show the sun’s reflection on their silhouettes as they dance into the sunset. The pouch is perfect for storing your holiday essentials, ideally sized to fit in your handbag or to use as a clutch. Each one is finished with a water-resistant PU coating inside the bag and a gold zip with an embossed lotus flower, symbolising peace and purity.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES
Due to the Christmas bank holidays, all monogramming orders placed after the 5th December will be despatched after the 30th December.
The last delivery date for non-monogrammed orders is the 17th December.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivery will take place within 3-5 days of your order being confirmed. The total delivery time will be 5-7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Our standard delivery rate is £5.00.
Our next day delivery rate is £8.00. You must place your order before 10am Mon-Thurs to guarantee next day delivery.
Please note that there is an extra charge to ship to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Isles and the Channel Islands.
All UK deliveries are sent via DPD and will require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local DPD depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 2 weeks will be returned to us.
You will receive an SMS and/or Email message on the morning of your delivery and have the option to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address or deliver it to your neighbour.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Delivery -
You'll be pleased to know that Elizabeth Scarlett now delivers internationally to many countries.
Once your order is placed, we'll aim to dispatch your products within 3-5 days of your order being placed.
All international deliveries are sent via an Express DHL service and you will receive a message once your parcel has been dispatched with in-flight options.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, Elizabeth Scarlett has no control of these charges and they must be paid by the customer. To avoid any unexpected surprises, we suggest you check out what import charges may apply before you order!
We understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. We promise to refund any unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition which means all tags attached with packaging intact, the same as the product arrived with you.
In order to return an item to us, you simply package it up and post it back to our HQ within 14 days of receipt (see below address). We will then process your refund back through our website within 14 days of us receiving it.

Please note, that unless you are returning a faulty item, unwanted orders are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable. We do recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage to protect your parcel should it be lost in transit as we do not become responsible for your parcel until it makes it back to us.
We do not offer any refunds on sale items, unless they are faulty and at this time we are unable to offer you an exchange by post. If you want to swap your item for another, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item from us, please contact [email protected] and include some images and description of the issue. Once confirmed by a member of the Elizabeth Scarlett Team, please send back the faulty item to the below address:

Faulty items will then be refunded in full, including the original delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning the order to us.
