Customs and import duties are charged when parcels reach the destination country. Elizabeth Scarlett has no control over these charges and they must be paid by the customer. We recommend checking potential import charges before ordering.
You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships. International orders can be tracked until they reach your national postal service.
We offer refunds on unused items returned within 30 days in original, saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Pyjamas: Must be returned in original unworn condition with no hair, marks, scent, or damage, including outer packaging and fabric dust bag.
Personalised items: Cannot be returned unless faulty due to their bespoke nature.
Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

For UK and EU online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
If you cancel and return your full order within this statutory cancellation period, we will refund:
the cost of the returned item or items; and
the original standard delivery charge, if one was paid.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, such as express, next-day, or nominated-day delivery, we will only refund up to the cost of our standard delivery option. The extra cost of premium delivery is non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed.
If you return only part of your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items:
We will cover reasonable return costs and refund the original delivery charge.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For full UK or EU orders returned within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge, if one was paid. Premium delivery upgrades are not refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your protection.
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and checked. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving your return.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the required legal timeframe.
