UK STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 working days) - Free with orders over £50

Orders less than £50.00 will incur our standard delivery rate of £5.00.

Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days on a Royal Mail tracked service. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays, excludes the Channel Islands.

 

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY (1-2 working days) - £8

This service can be offered to most addresses in mainland UK.

Orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days on a Royal Mail tracked service. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays, address exclusions apply, please enter your address at the checkout to confirm if we are able to offer Express delivery.

 

UK DELIVERY OF PERSONALISED ORDERS (4-6 working days) - Free with orders over £50 

The turnaround time for personalised orders is currently 4-6 working days in the UK. We will dispatch your personalised goodies as soon as they are ready. If you have any other items in your order, these will be dispatched together with your personalised goodies.

USA DELIVERY - Free with orders over $100 

Standard orders will be delivered in 5-10 working days. 

Personalised orders will be delivered in 7-12 working days. 

Orders less than $100 will be charged our standard delivery rate of $20

Customs charges will not apply on any orders under $800. 

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

We have had to suspend international delivery to Europe, due to issues arising from Brexit. We are working hard to reinstate our European shipping options as soon as possible.

All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, and passed to your national postal service. You will receive a message once your parcel has been dispatched, and you can track it along its journey. The standard delivery time for international parcels is 7-12 working days. Shipping cost is dependent on destination and weight.

- Canada from £25 (currently suspended due to Canadian Postal strikes)

- India from £25

- Australia from £25

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, Elizabeth Scarlett has no control of these charges and they must be paid by the customer. To avoid any unexpected surprises, we suggest you check out what import charges may apply before you order.

 

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. We promise to refund any unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition which means all tags attached with packaging intact, the same as the product arrived with you. Please ensure that your order number is included in the parcel.

If returning pyjamas, we ask that the product arrives back to us in its original unworn condition, with no hair, marks, scent or damage. Please return with the outer packaging, the fabric dust bag and with all tags still attached to the product. If a product is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we will send it back out to you. 

In order to return an item to us, you simply package it up and post it back to our HQ within 30 days of receipt (see below address), we recommend using a tracked service. We will then process your refund back through our website within 10 working days of us receiving it.

We ask all returns are posted back to the returns address specified above - we're unable to accept any return that is hand-delivered as we cannot guarantee a refund will be processed in these instances. 

Please note, that unless you are returning a faulty item, unwanted orders are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable. We do recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage to protect your parcel should it be lost in transit as we do not become responsible for your parcel until it makes it back to us.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate the items, which sadly isn't always possible, and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item from us, please contact [email protected] and include some images and a description of the issue.

Faulty items will be refunded in full, including the original delivery charges.
